Today I did STS disc 13 - and followed with rounds 1-5 of Imax3. I'm trying to teach myself step - so I figured if I couldn't quite get the moves, I still had the 'blasts' to get my heart rate up, and I'd done a decent workout with disc 13 anyway.
It turned out to be a good combination.
I'll try rounds 6-10 Imax3 next week.
