On Mesocycle 1 Disc 1, there are 2 exercises

Seated Curls alternating Both Arms dumbbells
Seated Lateral Raise both arms high end dumbbell

that do not appear on WM 1RM calculater.

The card does not list % of One Rep Max. I'm confused because I thought any exercises with weights required a 1 RM test.

Seated Curls alternating Both Arms dumbbells is a superset exercise and thus can't be tested by the 1RM calculator. Seated Lateral Raise both arms high end dumbbell is a "rep pattern" exercise and also can't be tested by the 1RM calculator with accuracy. Our 1RM calculator uses a formula based on doing normal basic exercises at a normal tempo and reps.

I noticed this, this morning as well, thank you for asking the question. I am going to take my 1RM weights from similar exercises and will use those as a guideline, however with this type of exercise, I will probably need to go lighter.
