Rest between workouts

I will be traveling this week and need to adjust my workout schedule.
I did disc 19 (chest shoulders and triceps) last night. I was thinking of doing disc 20(Legs) tonight.
Since I am using different body parts is 24 hrs enough rest or is this a set up for injury? I am no spring chicken at 55 but am in good shape
 
legs should be fine. I wouldn't do an upper body workout today, of course, but I think some ladies even do that.

I'd be careful of doing the back workout the day after legs though, if there are deadlifts in both (can't remember if there are, but I think so)
