I'm going to order the program today. I understand how to do the 1 rep max test, but I don't understand where you find out how much to lift for the different percentages in the program. Can anyone help?
 
If you track your 1 rep max on the workout manager here on this site, then you can create workout 'cards' for each day you workout. The cards list the exercise and the weight already figured out for you. No math needed ;)

I don't even print out the cards, I just take my tablet with me and prop it up so I can refer to it during the workout.
