Default modifying STS to a full upper and lower

Has anyone found a trick to do a full upper for one hour instead of 2 hours?

I might try that instead of 2 upper a week, only 1 upper

do i do 30 min of 1 workout and then 30 min of the other or decrease reps???

When I did this, I just did 30 minutes of one and then 30 minutes of the other.

Did you like the results?

I think I really like that idea... I will do upper, cardio, lower cardio.... yeahhhhhh I like it. that sounds like fun

I did Pyramid last week and liked that

I find the 3 days split too much for upper... but 2 day split seems to work better

Whole body workout just doesn't give you this intense feeling for lower or upper

I LIKE IT

I feel so motivated, I will start tomorrow

I felt like I leaned out a bit more and my upper body responded well to it. I tend to gain muscle real easy in my arms so this didn't result in the bulk that I usually get when I split my upper body into 2 full hour workouts. So yes, I liked the results. Give it a try for a month and see how you do with it. Don't forget to let me know how it works for you
