First time STS to follow bodybuilding rotation.

Monday my first day of STS I will do cardio kicks, kick punch and crunch, shock cardio Hiit,cardio blast, low máx, Xtrain hard strike, low impact, tabatice, LIS step challenge, for now this is my cardio for the first month, on my week off planing to do yoga máx and pilates.

Are you doing the 5.5 month rotation if you are doing the bodybuilding rotation?
And what will you do about your clean eating plan?

Yes, I will do 5.5 months rotation, diet I start to eat more clean like first think un the morning my protein Snake with one fruit and one vegetable, pre_workout energy drink, protein after. Im think if I add 30 min cardio before everyworkout and do two times a week the same DVD, wath you think
 
It seems like a good plan. Do you mean you will do the same workout,say legs ,twice a week? So you will work out with weights six times a week?
 
Yes, work two times a week the same muscle and 30 min, cardio before weights, on leg day I do low impact cardio like today I did 4Ds low impact step, I feel great, how about you?
