Hi Cathe,

Just had to tell you a cute story . My son who is 9 years old climbed into bed with me the other morning to snuggle when he pointed to my bicep and said Mom, "you are getting Cathe's muscles" .

Oh course that made my day..... It has everything to do with STS so from a huge fan of yours. Thanks for such a great program.

Looking forward to the next STS Cardio.
