I tried HIS this am after being sooooo frustrated with LIS yesterday. I LOVE HIS. Thank God for the rewind button. I don't have all the moves yet obviously but I definately enjoyed it. And I felt like I got more cardio, even with the rewinds!!!!

It took me a couple of tries too, to get either of those down pat.
Now the both of them are just pure fun, and I add a little more
jumping in LIS to bump up the intensity. HTH Have fun learning those
moves:-) :-)
