After reading all this stressing about packing, after watching DW stress over her jaunt that's not for a few weeks yet, I am so lucky to be in the minority..although DW watched in horror as I actually ironed some clothes I'm bringing!!

One Saturday morning I was headed to the hardware first thing in the morning. I needed mortar as I was building a retaining wall that day. Those bags are 80lbs a piece, I was going to set about 100 cinder blocks that day. A hot dirty job.

I hadn't showered or shaved and my clothes looked like a train wreck. My wife said, "are you going to go out like that?". Well, yeah.

All my socks match too. Hanes gray crew socks.

Well, Jerry, I have to say that I'm not stressing about what to pack at all. I understand that there's an awesome packing list to follow...

Oh man, I have more clothes than I know what to do with! You'd think I was doing the Grand Tour in Europe.........I just hate to not have choices, you know? God forbid I get there & think "aw, I wish I'd brought (shoes, top, skirt, whatever)!"
