Please be advised that you are morally, ethically and legally obliged to ferret out any and all information regarding Shock Cardio (including how many water bottles, sweat buckets and barf bags will be needed for each workout) from The High Priestess Of Intensity, and communicate same to all poor non-RT slobs (okay, okay, i'm the only slob,the others are non-rt'ers) on the Open Discussion forum early and often during said RT.
I'm a paralegal. I know these things. But seriously, folks, have a GREAT TIME, give Cathe and Crew a big hug from me, and kick serious butt! A-Jock
