There's no pause button on the RT
 I had that thought when Cathe says are you ready for the other side and I said "no!" and paused

I distinctly remember wishing for a pause button half way through the kickbox class on Sunday last year.

The bootcamp class was a killer too. When Cathe says "Work, Work" she means "Sweat, Sweat", LOL.
And no we aren't trying to scare the first timers. That is just how it is. Luckily no one cares about what any one else is doing. Everyone just go at your own pace. Can't wait.
