Sorry you have to cancel
 . I believe you just contact customer service by email. I don't know it off hand. Maybe someone else will see this.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel as well...
Just email support@cathe.com and Nancy will take you off of the list.Take solace knowing that some lucky person on the waiting list will be doing the happy dance!!!  Makes me feel better anyway...
