I have recently been diagnosed with a series of food allergies. While I feel so much better having removed these foods from my diet, eating anytime I don't prepare the food is proving to be a real challenge and require a lot of advanced planning.
One of my goals in the next few years is to attend a road trip. Now I am wondering with my special food requirements if that is going to be possible. So my question is how is the food handled in road trips? Is it mostly buffet style? If so, is it possible to determine the ingredients in the prepared dishes? Or do you already have a system in place to deal with this type of issue? I appreciate your response. Shayne

Road trip meals are always done as buffets and vary depending on the location of the event. When you decide to attend one of our road trips just send us a list of your food allergies and we will forward it to the company catering the event for an answer.
