did the three-ring binder? (sorry, I wanted to do a poll but I can't figure out how LOL)

I did not. I signed on to the July RT at the last minute & therefore did not have the time to do this in an organized manner as my anal retentive personality would have preferred.

Plus I have no idea where to find a 3-hole punch other than to go out & buy one.

LOL! I also did not do the 3-ring binder. I can't picture myself carrying a big-ass binder around the airport. However, everyone will recognize me in the airport, because I'll be the one shuffling through all the loose pieces of paper, looking for phone numbers and instructions. I should probably just break down and do the stinkin' binder.

As for where to get a 3-hole punch. Dude. That's what offices are for. Don't you work in some kind of office environment? Not only should there be a 3-hole punch there, but also a nice binder you can "borrow". Which is exactly what I'm planning to do...

No 3 ring binder here either. I did use a file folder with the pockets like the kind that we had to use when we were in school. It holds all my road trip papers and my DVD covers that I want to get signed. That way I don't have to haul the whole DVD plastic case around.

Alright. I am now sporting a shiny, white, 1/2" 3-ring binder that I borrowed from the used office supply cabinet. Very nice indeed - and slim enough to easily slip into my laptop bag (yes, I'm bringing my laptop - I'm a geek, what do you expect?). Now I need to find some of those Post-It tab thingies so I can label all the sections. I kind of like this being organized stuff.

You guys are cracking me up and I'm one of the anal ones that did the binder. But, shoot, I didn't put tabs in it to organize it. Maybe tonight.....

I got a pocket folder that has the 3 hole thingy in the center. I am usually running thru the airport with papers flying everywhere...I am trying to be organized

See now, when I say I have no idea where to find a 3 ring binder, I mean IN MY OFFICE!!!!!! I mean, my office is pretty neat & clean, but the general office area is a flippin disaster, & trying to find that leeeetle hole puncher in a large room full of disorganized crap would be the proverbial needle in the haystack.

OK so, maybe b/c I live less than 90 minutes away & will not be entering an airport, organization is not as important? Besides, you should see all my checklists & my color/event/clothing-type coded suitcase (which is almost all packed! OMG!).

I can not see myself doing the whole three ring binder deal. I admire people that are that organized. I am driving in from PA so I will probably just write down on one piece of paper all the info I think I may need like the hotel address and phone number.
