Hey folks,

Just letting y'all know that I've decided to keep the temporary screen name I'd set up for myself when the Cathe Nation site opened up -- in honor of my two sons, BOTH of whom will officially be UNC-Chapel Hill students in just two more weeks! My old posts as Kathy S. have been transferred to this new screen name, along with my avatar and friends and all that jazz.

I can't wait to meet all you August Trippers next weekend , but I sure do miss those beautiful July faces !

I confess I am sitting here wearing a Carolina blue UNC shirt and drinking one last cup of coffee from a Carolina blue UNC mug that Evan got for a graduation gift (and I immediately usurped).

Being a native North Carolinian myself, and being the daughter of a UNC-CH alum as well as TarHeelMom to TWO Heels, I feel that this is wholly appropriate conduct on my part, and not at ALL over the top!!
