Hey August Trippers!

I see there's been a bit of chatter about water being offered at Cathe's gym, and I thought I'd clarify that for you. We didn't do a very good job this weekend of explaining to the July Trippers what the water situation was -- hopefully this will be an improvement.

FOR YOU ALL TO GRAB AND CARRY TO CLASS, we will have cases and cases of room temperature Dasani bottled water on hand in "Road Trip Headquarters" -- a/k/a Cathe's film studio -- and free of charge for you Trippers. This water isn't refrigerated because we simply don't have the facilities at the gym to keep that much water cold.

If you prefer cold bottled water, I have three suggestions for ya: You can buy a bottle of refrigerated water at the front desk, where they keep a small supply on hand to sell to members; you can drink a bottle of the Dasani room temp water and then refill that bottle with cold water (see below); or you can bring a Nalgene or other refillable water bottle and refill it with cold water (see below).

For ALL other times and for you to use to fill your own Nalgenes and other refillable water bottles, we will have (also in the film studio) two large brown coolers with spouts that we will keep full of refrigerated, very cold PURE (from bottled) water. We'll also keep stacked cups right beside the coolers, so that you can grab a quick 8 ounces even if you're not refilling your Nalgene at that moment.

If you don't stay hydrated I promise you it's not because we haven't tried!!!
