Yoga Check In Dec. 22

How is everyone doing? Yesterday I was on my mat and did the first twenty minutes of a yoga workout then I realized that kick boxing does have some effect on my abs and I just couldn't go on. Ouchie. I hope things dry out a bit, I would like to go for a run now that its a little warmer. That sub zero stuff was a bit much. I'm a temperature wimp :eek: In January I have to spend three days on the road for training and I have devised an evil plan that involves my jump rope, my hula workout dvd, and a yoga dvd. This evil plan will hopefully help me to drop an ounce or two. I will do my normal step wo in the morning before we leave, then in the evening it will be my yoga dvd. Day two in the am will be my jump rope wo and on day three it will be a hula party in my hotel room.

Thursday-Circuit max
Friday-Ellen Barret Fat Burning Fusion
Saturday-Boot Camp
Sunday-Rodney Yee Total Body Yoga
Today-Power Hour.

After the holidays I hope to post more than once a week :eek:.
