We got some rain last night, so I didn't get to scare any joggers.
I did this kettlebell circuit instead, from CrossFit Jersey Shore:
Complete the circuit 15 sec on/15 sec rest for 20 minutes. Try to keep a constant pace throughout.
- KB snatch right (12kg)
- KB snatch left (12kg)
- Box jump 20"
- Pull ups (20# assist)
My pace:
snatches 6/6 throughout
box jump 6, except for 1 round at 5
pull-up were the most inconsistent, 4 reps for most rounds, but a couple at 5 and a couple at 3.
Marcy - Glad your rotation is working out for you. Hope the bear stays away.

ITA, that it would be a fun place to work. There are more and more of them popping up around here, and they're pretty popular.

Missy - How did the conditioning ladder go? Did your friend like it? That 10-1 rep scheme can be brutal sometimes.
