Round 2, Phase 1, Week 1, Day 3, Shoulders&Arms & ARX
Traci: Aren't you awake by now signing on new clients? Watch out! If these clients keep coming like they are, you can afford aerobic floors without Wendell's drugged consent!
You shouldn't be surprised with your success. You're an amazing, motivational trainer!!! If you must dress up for the new boys, may I suggest the Lululemon deep V tank top? I can't wear that top when working out with Phil or it will be a doubles day.}( Did you just call Lea a HO?
Nicole: Winter and the nasty colds will be over soon enough! Isn't life more demanding when there are sick people in the house? Hope you get time to stir up some chicken soup.:* Have fun with KenpoX+!!!! I'm already thinking of kickboxing subs for Kenpo after Phase 1. I'm going to try to keep to the program for Phase 1 except for YogaX. I'm going to try to go the power heated yoga studio on yoga days.
Jeanette: Oh, you would hate Thailand!!! I had so many bruises my first week from sleeping on their version of a mattress and sitting on a bamboo mat on the floor. We would call their mattresses comforters here in the states!!! I slowly learned how to position my body with the least amount of bones touching the ground. I'm so glad Wojtek could help you! I hope they get your laptop hooked up longer! Doesn't your laptop have a dvd player on it? That's what I used on my trip. Worked out very well for movies in English too. It feels like Cathe gets my heartrate up higher. I haven't worn my monitor with any of her workouts though. It doesn't take much for my heartrate to spike cuz I'm not conditioned like you! Now that I think of it, I have cold hard facts that I'm lazier than you!!!!
You see, you must be in awesome cardiovascular shape to do all your CCs, IMAXs, and Plyos under a max of 163!!!! LOL on your live yoga opportunities. That's what I would expect from a town where indoor plumbing was available 5 years ago.:7 :+ Thanks for the pictures. Doesn't make me miss 4 wheeling on itty bit!
Too much testosterone for me! ;-)Looks like they experienced their share of functional fitness with having to push and pull their toys stuck in mud.
Debra: Noooo! You are bound and determined to spread the germs!!! Can't they find another mother to help at school? Surely, there's got to be another mother who doesn't mind other people's kids! On 2nd thought...}( How can you feel bad for DO (drop-out)? You should feel bad for me! I had to endure two entire Phases of Dreya on my own!!!
If Traci forgets to remind you, I'll remind you. I must keep a list of things I want to tell y'all but can't since it's a public forum... even though it seems like I already tell y'all TMI! Who would think there's more? There is.
}( Will Ferell? Seriously, remind me who he is. I'm so out of the loop. The Swans keep me busy. And, the boys listen to rap and rock for the most part. I only keep a selection of classical and hymns to calm my nerves. Do you blame me?!?!?!
Kim: LOL on your keeping count on the # of times you did L&B. How many is it for ARX? 54
So, it looks like it's Kenpo or a sub for you today. I hope you're able to get that tooth fixed ASAP! It must be painful, annoying and aggravating. Why does the daycare need a volunteer treasurer? Don't they have a paid staff that does that? What am I missing?
Tracy: Nice seeing you pop in yesterday. I was wondering if the beginning of a new school week kept you busy.
Sandra: Lentil soup on the floor. Hmmm... kind of makes me wonder if she wasn't showing aggression because she didn't have cake instead.
Yes, Bible Club tires me out! I don't know why. This year, I'm only in charge of cleaning up after snack and quizzes. It's a long chunk of time though. I leave the house at 2:30 and am happy to get home before 5:30. I arrive 15 minutes later to help set up snacks and chat. The kids go straight into organized moving when they arrive!!! It's not like I'm the one running relay races in the gym, I just keep count of how many times they ran and dodge any balls that may come my way. Afterwards, it's a mad dash for snack. After snack, I wipe down all the tables and delegate trash and water disposal to whoever didn't go to the bathroom. Then it's songs, Bible drills, Bible story, songs, memory verses, more songs, quiz, team points, and another song before parents come to take their own children home. I guess watching other people's kids just wear me down!!! Glad you asked?
Laurie: I missed something! What's new.
What problem does Cami have? You're a good mom to be cooking her food. Baby was spoiled with pancakes laden with gravy while I was gone. There was no way I was going to continue her on that diet! She gained so much weight!!! Well, whatever is ailing Cami, I hope she recovers quickly!!!!
Well, I'm going to do some Letter C's and back bends and see if I can fall back to sleep. I have a friend coming over today, so I won't be able to post till afternoon or evening. Oh! I have a appointment to wash the gray out of my hair this evening too.
I'm going to try and email Carol and Amy today if I get time. I'm curious to see what they're up to in life. Yes, I'm nosey!
Lea and Christiane: Hope all is well, healthy and centered in your worlds!
Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!
