Cathlete
Morning ladies! Great day today... I have a haircut at 10 (first one in 6 months!) I have long hair so just do the layers thing but have been keeping a handle on "can live w/out" expenses. Since I retired and Houston is the most humid city on the planet my hair is in ponytail or the like 98% of the time. Anyway.... I'm excited - always feels like 10 #s are off my head... LOOK OUT CHERYL! I COULD BE AT GOAL WEIGHT AFTER I GET MY HAIRCUT!!!!!!:p :7 :+

Today is my last day of Week 4 (RECOVERY) ... Its suppose to be a rest day but we all know I took PLENTY of those over the holiday.... SOOOOO CC3 + Ab Ripper X for me!!!

QUESTION: Since I do not lift mega heavy in P90X do you think a full 7 days of no wt work is necessary for recovery of muscles? Just asking because I feel very poofy the past 2 days... my mid section is dancin' a bit. I felt like I nneded the recovery when it came around but 3 days later I felt really great & strong. Just wondering if I'd be ok taking 3 "recovery" days vs 7.

JANE: You get top billing for that kind of WT LOSS! Holy cow girl... I thought you had to have 30#s to lose to come close to that kind of weekly loss! I REALLY have to do the rotations all of you are doing this month that is blowing off the fat! CONGRATS on new tech toy!!! Are you still sitting there playing with it???? I cant wait to hear your consumer reviews.

Amy: Thanks for posting all the WW info!(our little detective) HOW COME MY POINTS STAYED AT 20?????????????????? POO POO POO .... It was the age category that got me! They think I'm too old to eat AND lose wt! lolololol
I also thought it was interesting that to lose = 0 but to maintain =8
Did anyone else think thats a HUGE difference? thats about 400 calories....

BUFFY: I feel the same about evening workouts... I'm just a morning person. After 20 years of 4-5am workouts tho I have finally mellowed a bit the past year and do enjoy a bit later and a few 3pm's.

TGIRL: High 5 on Imax 3 & B&G in same day! You have some stamina and determination this month! How does it feel having evenings free of school now? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Ripped 1000. Mine will sit in wrapper til Feb cuz of P90..

CHERYL: Your write up on the phenominal Wt loss recently for so many of us was PURE GENIUS! I really think you must have hit the nail on the head.... Its one of those "theories" thats not new but until it actually happens to your own body you are always kinda thinkin' "YEAH RIGHT"..... Thanks for spelling it all out so I could "make the connection"

LORI: Good WI thoughts - GREAT WORKOUT!!!! Glad you are feeling a bit more balanced about WI. Its good to go and see.... it is just a #. We'll be here to hear the good news!

Have a good morning all!:7

Good Morning to you, Early Bird!!!(as always;-) )

I am just up early getting some water, for some reason, yesterday was not a great water day for me. I usually drink like a freakin' camel, but yesterday I had a hard time getting it all in. I guess that I am going to start on it early today!!!

Traci- I wish that I could give you a straight and educated answer to your question, but, alas, no. I know that the program was set up around the whole "recovery for muscle" thing, but I am not sure how that works when you don't lift heavy. Sorry about the 20 pt thing, I thought that it was interesting that mine jumped up to 28 pts a day for me! Yes, the 0-8 seemed like a rather large difference between losing and maintaining, I think that it could be inferred that 4 extra points a day would also make you lose (middle of the road, you know?). I thought that it was interesting that you didn't ANY points at all if you were over, say, 56 yrs old! I do have to say, though, that I wasn't the one to do all the work. I copied it from the WW thread on SparkPeople (a girl named Nicole was the detective!) ETA- Oh, have a great haircut! I understand how great it feels when you get some of that weight off!

Jane- Somehow, I never got around to congratulating you on that stellar loss! That's awesome! Maybe you needed a "recovery" week, too!

Buffy- I am, and always have been a night owl! My routine when I go to work typically includes an evening workout (but it's technically my morning;-) ) and for some reason, I seem to continue that throughout the rest of the week.

DH wants to hit the new theater in town......"but, honey, it's, it's, it's....digital!!!" (whatever!!) So, we will be seeing Casino Royale (at least I get to pick the show!), then to the local Greek place because I have been craving gyros! (Saving calories for THAT!!)

Tree is up and there's little snowpeople/jingle bells around the bottom so that I can hear when "someone" slips under the tree. My cat, Jellibean, literally lives under the tree while it's up...he absolutely LOVES it!!! Well, the bell just rung! What am I saying? The tree wasn't even up yet (putting the middle section on) and I felt him dive under there! He's so cute peeking out from under the tree...that reminds me, I need to dig up my Christmas picture of him for an avatar update.

Hey Amy- What a shocker seeing you so early on a non work day! I LOVE that you have "warning Bells" on your tree! I bet your babies love the tree... Mine just sniff once.. no food so dont care.
Had to laugh about points... I immediately said no to the 0 and said 4... middle of road! NOTHING gets between me and my food!
I hear your movie choice is FABULOUS! Gotta confess tho that I have yet to see a trailer on tv for this one... I guess I just tune out all the commercials at night. I am dying to see BOBBY and another 1 that comes out in January... drawing a blank here... ANYWAY DH & I never go to movies... its been 3 years now. We just started w/ Netflix this year as a way to get in the know for cooler talks!
Get some rest.... I'm waiting for something to inspire me to get on TM and do CC3....

Good morning Traci, Amy, and all that follow....

Thanks for the congrats on the weight loss. I still can't figure out how it happened last week of all weeks.

I am back to work today, have about 25 minutes before I start. I am on my TM again today for a 30 minute power walk, then PUB, and TBS#1. Tomorrow is DrillMax, and I'm done with the November rotation. I'll probably be playing with my Cardio Coaches after that with some weight work thrown.

Off to refill the coffee cup. Have a nice day everyone.

Happy Wednesday

Tracie – Jari Love, hm…I did not care for it, in fact, I’m selling it. It is just not my style of workout. I’m going to see if there is any buyers on the OD Forum. I paid $13.97 only asking $12.00.

My New Beginning:

Okay, here I go again I was doing some thinking last night, regarding my workouts. And, I am not happy with the results that I’ve achieved thus far. Last night, I started looking over my old rotations and a few of my notes. And, I’m happy to say I’m going back to Free Style/Lower Body Solution workouts, working my legs 6 days a week.

All my pants that are size 4’s are tight and my 6’s fit me just fine, I’m staying here in 6’s that is :p I’m realizing, that having a little extra weight on me, now that I am older, is my friend. Guys, I’m turning heads again ;) ;) when I was thinner I couldn’t understand why I wasn't getting any looks, as I was use too. I’d tell my sister this and her reply was, Trese your to thin you don’t look right. And she was absolutely right. I was caught up in numbers game. Now, I look so much better with a few extra lbs I was just to thin, I like having my bubble butt back, having fuller breast and my face is much fuller, I like it!

What I’m saying is this I’m not going to get caught up in numbers game anymore, of the 7lbs that I have picked up I only want to lose about 2 or 3 lbs my focus is all about leaning and losing inches, not so much as fat. Because, my breast is made up of fat and so is my A$$ lol not really we all know its muscle, but these are the places that I lose first.

As I was looking over some of my rotations last night, I noticed one particular routine, which worked the best, I’m going to play with that one. Therefore, I’ll be cutting back on cardio, yep! cardio. I think 2 to 3 times a week is plenty for me.

Here is just a few of the workouts I’ll be rotating.

B&G, L&G, DM2, Plyo, BM, Leaner’s legs, PLB, GS just about all of Cathe’s lower body workouts and adding K Boxing mainly as my cardio, these workouts merited me AWESOME results. As for UB I’m going to continue with P90X. But main focus is working my lower body like crazy using either NO weights or very light weights, nothing more than 10lbs.

Now, that said, for my workout this morning L&G.

Hi! Can I join your checkin? I don't know if this is private -- so if it is, I will gracefully bow out. :)

I have just rejoined WW after realizing how effective it is for me. My leader talks about it being a "health plan," not a diet, and I need a healthy eating plan right about now. Checking in daily will help me, no doubt. I am about 10-20 pounds overweight right now.

I'm 29, love exercise and fitness and have always been a weight fighter. I would love to chat w/ fellow Catheites about how you incorporate Cathe and possibly other workouts into your regime.

Hope to get to know you all better,
Wendy

Good morning Jane- TGirl & WENDY! WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME!
There's nothing private about us on this check-in... We love lurkers, guests, new check-in-ers & of course all the regulars!

Jane: What a great workout AND heading off to work to boot! Have a great day and take it a bit easy.. DM in the AM!

TGIRL: I LOVE when you said: " What I’m saying is this I’m not going to get caught up in numbers game anymore, of the 7lbs that I have picked up I only want to lose about 2 or 3 lbs my focus is all about leaning and losing inches, not so much as fat. "
THATS A GREAT HEALTHY WAY TO LOOK AT YOUR GOALS! I too am so tired of being driven by the almighty scale... I just want to lose 7% body fat thats it.... Once I can get that I'll gladly toss the scale forever! For now its just a measuring device as my BF is STUCK
Please elaborate on the legs 6 days a week. Is it just because of variety of leg work you'll select each day? Is it Standing-Floor-standing-Floor etc...alternated? I am so curious what has worked in the past... I cant imagine doing squats/lunges etc 6 days in a row tho... my knees are hurting just thinking of it!
I'm so happy you are looking at all w/ a different lens.... I cant wait to get back to my circuits since I was getting great results before I plateaued.

Off for my haircut- then will WI again...lolololol NOT REALLY!

:+

Cool! Glad to join you all here! Traci, have a great haircut! i'm getting mine cut on Friday, so we will compare weight losses! LOL!

This month I'm working from home which is a huge challenge for me. I am around food, I get bored easily...etc. etc...I blow off workouts. So I have to stay motivated to stick with my plans for the day, not get sucked into the computer/tv, etc.

Legs 6 days a week? OUCH!!!

I need some advice from you ladies: Okay, so I gave up most serious weightlifting a few years ago when I got really into yoga. Coincidentally (I think not) I also put on 10 pounds in that time. So I am looking to get back into weights, while still practicing yoga and not getting so sore I can't move! Suggestions for a rotation? I am in good shape, cardio-wise, but I do get overtrained easily, so I have to be careful. Currently I do about 3-4 days a week cardio, 2-3 days of power yoga classes, maybe 1 day of weights like the Firm.

My goal is fat loss. And the new Cathes will be arriving today (I have almost the whole Cathe collection, except for S&H).

Any suggestions for exercise you can give me would be much appreciated! I am thinking about the November rotation.

Hi, everyone!

Welcome, Wendy!! As to workouts - you might want to look over Cathe's 4 week November rotation. It uses all the new workouts, and is not overly weights intensive (some of us who need the weights have been adding more of that component in to Cathe's basic suggestions). You might really like that one. If it makes you too sore, you could go to Cathe's 5 week suggestion which incorporates two rest days a week.

Teddygirl, sounds like a good and healthy approach to your program. You're on a great track!

Traci, good luck with that haircut!! You are so funny... I have my hair in kind of a choppy bob these days, but my hair tends to be thick and bushy and most days I'm not fighting the curl. But it's so bushy that when I finish the Cathe workouts my hair is literally dripping... so much so that I'm drying it out BEFORE I weigh in, because it holds so much water it can make a difference of 1/2 to 1 pound. Truly! :7

Amy, very funny on the tree bells!

My workout this morning was B&G - the standard workout (no pre-mix)
I kind of paid the price for jumping straight out of bed and into the workout... I was kind of lightheaded and after 25 minutes actually had to stop and take a break for a bit before I could continue. Felt much better and was able to finish it off. Although those abs this morning nearly finished ME off. Yowza! Love it!

Well, off to work, darn it!
More later.

Have a great morning, everyone! Happy Hump Day! Wednesday already!
Cheryl

Good Morning all, my weigh-in stunk, and I am still sulking about it. My TTOM started yesterday, so that is why I was up 3/4 lb., but it just irritated me. I was very good at Thanksgiving, I starved all week last week, I am still hungry, stayed within my Points, and I was still up. Maybe venting will help me to feel better.

Lori in ND, I hope you fare better than I did!!!

Cheryl- GREAT weightloss the other day.

Traci- Have fun with that haircut! Did you say you were going back to freestyle training for your legs?? I had very good results with that too. I should also do that, maybe soon I will.

I noticed on the thread yesterday, I think, you guys were talking about gaining muscle. For the last year, I got really burned out on Cathe, and I did mainly the Firm, and TJ's. Plus, I had surgery on my back twice, and could not exercise at all. Right before my 2nd surgery, I noticed my Tri's were getting that cottage-cheese look, YUCK. Well, the last 2 months, I have been back into Cathe full swing. So, I have to be gaining muscle back. My arms do not look that bad now. I took my measurements about 6 weeks ago, I should do it again and see if I have dropped any inches.

I am off to do GSLegs. Have a great day everyone!!
Lori

Tracie – I am pear shape, all my weight goes to my thigh and butt. I can remember when I was a kid way back in 1910 lol seriously tho, in Jr. High School I wore a size 13/14 at 5 feet, not pretty. My thighs were large then and prevented me from wearing cute pants other girls my age was wearing, man oh man I hated that.

My mother had to buy 2 sizes up for me. And mom always had too cut about 4 inches off the bottom and take in the waist just for me to wear pants. But, when baggie pants came out I was happy my thighs filled them in like a regular pants, still tight on my thighs, but I was happy.

Later, I think late 20's or my early 30’s when I started into the fitness world. You guessed it my thighs were my biggest focus, I did not care what it took to make them thin So, I believe, that why I got caught up in numbers game and the scale. My body is not made to be thin I'm a thick sista x( x( :p :D

Anyhow, don’t freak ladies, working LB is not that bad, you just attack legs different days and different areas, you feel me. I’m not doing lunges squats etc.. everyday, you have to mix it, depending on your routine. I'll post a week routine later

Teddygirl~

Jane - Curious to know how PUB and cardio goes for you today.... we're off from each other by one day on the Cathe November rotation.
I'm doing the PUB/cardio tomorrow and Drill Max on Friday - then a run on Saturday and probably lighter cardio/Stretch Max on Sunday.

Lori, don't stress too much about the WI, okay? 3/4 up on TTOM week, coupled with all the weight work you're doing is not necessarily a bad thing at all. Is the cottage cheese gone or going from the tri's? I think that would be a better indication of how you're doing right now. Unless you've stalled yourself by eating too little... which is probably doubtful if you only showed 3/4 up and it's TTOM... you are probably doing just fine. I'd go by the look of your arms and the fit of your clothes right now rather than getting too hung up on the scale.

Teddygirl, I hear ya on the lower body!! It's my problem zone, too.
At 5'5" I put most of my weight there. In October my thighs were 23" and my hips were 37. This morning I measured again and thanks to Cathe's new workouts (plus some extra weight and cardio in my personal rotation) I've lost an inch off of each and 3/4 " from my waist.

I'm familiar with Freestyle. It's more of a muscle endurance program for lower body to promote leanness rather than concentrating so much on muscle building or strength. I know ladies who've had really good luck with it.

I think you'll be happy with it. As long as the booty is up and shapely, it's not a bad thing at all!

-Cheryl

Gooooooooooood morning!!

Buffy - 17 points only, on a workout day?! How do you do that and still remember how to spell your name? I swear, I'd pass out, but only after I'd yelled at my children for calling me Mommy and made sure my husband knew that he can't possibly do anything right. (Yeah, hunger makes me ***tchy). Yes, I live in Canada. In Edmonton, Alberta. This deep freeze is unusual for us in November. We usually get this kind of weather in January, February, March. This morning, the thermometer in my car said -30C (-22F)! Do you get these deep freezes in Vermont?

Traci - do you mean to tell me that you DID CTX Kickbox yesterday....3 TIMES!?! LMAO. Now I know you're ready for the nuthouse :D I think we live in diametrically opposed climates. It's as dry and cold here as it is hot and humid in Houston. I don't envy you all the humidity. Lots of bugs like to live in humid climates (yech!). I'm a stickler for following rotations as the "experts" put them together, so I'd stay with the full 7 days rest, personally. I know Cathe has stated that she takes a full week off periodically. Is your Mom all better from her illness last year? LOL about eating and losing weight! Yes, they seem a bit Grinch-like in how they hand out points, don't they?

Teddygirl - IMAX3 is my favourite IMAX workout, and one of my favourite cardios overall. I just love it. I loved reading about your new focus/goal! Very motivating!! I have no doubt you'll see the results you want.

Jane - 4.5 pounds! Who can figure these things out? Just relish it, and be proud of all your hard work :) I'm sooooo envious of all your new toys!! Let's see, if I had a job, I'd also have a Xmas bonus, which means I'd get to buy an IPOD Nano, treadmill, CCs....ooooh! How do you become a medical transcriptionist? If I can transcribe here at home, I think that would be the perfect job for me (with the kids and all). I'm also a very good typist (top of my class!).

Amy - Maybe you don't know the answer to this yet, but I'm wondering about this new Daily Points Target. Is it my new "minimum" for the day, alongside 35 FP for the week and APs? If so, I've gotten bumped up 2 extra points a day. That should about cover all the nibbles I eat every day and don't count ;-) I love hearing about the kitties and the tree. Until this past spring we had two cats, and putting up the holiday decorations was always a challenge. This year we have a similar situation with the busy 14month old, who I am positive is going to attempt to climb the tree. That Greek Gyro sounds delicious!!! Enjoy!

Lori in ND - I also find that by time I reach the floorwork portion of BG, it's starting to feel a little long. You had a good idea - in the future I might split off the floorwork as well. I'd probably perform better if I do that, too.

Wendy - welcome to the WW check in!! Nope, not private one bit! As a "yoga chic" you can try to convince Traci to give it another shot :)

Ach! Look at the time! I've dwelled too long. Even the baby is begging me to put her down for her nap!

Cheryl - excellent job on BG, especially right after jumping out of bed (that's gotta earn 1 AP right there)

LoriSax - so sorry about the weigh in. I feel your frustration.

Shoot. Forgot to say I did LG/KPC premix #1 yesterday (intensity drills, standing legs, abs, stretch). Today is going to be SJP step & hi/lo circuit premix, and CM#2.

Okay, gotta go; BBL maybe,
Sandra

Good Afternoon!!!

Traci - Enjoy your haircut. Please keep me updated on how you like the 5th week of P90X. I start Monday.

Sandra - Goodness, please stay warm. We get those sub-zero days here in Vt. but luckily the last two years have been somewhat mild. I moved up two years ago from Miami, Fl. so you can imagine the weather takes some getting used to.

Wendy - welcome to the checkin. You'll find a lot of support here.

Teddygirl - You know I was just thinking this morning that my weight is up a bit (unofficial WI) but I know I'm looking leaner, especially my abs which is my focus at the moment, but I'm still PO'd at the scale. My clothes are looser and that has always been my goal since starting WW. Perhaps I should start taking my measurements instead of focusing on the scale. Because of the weigh in focus of Weight Watchers, I think my scale obsession has bee getting worse.

I haven't been sleeping well so this morning I just couldn't get up again. I'll have to do KenpoX tonite. GRRR!!! I think I'm in recovery week mode and I'm just taking it too far.

My points have been low this week due to lack of AP's. From a low of 17 to a high of 23. That's a bit low for me and I'm hungry. Trying to fight it off.

Buffy

Hey Strangers -
I've been MIA since the weekend - I'm checking in so you'll know I haven't been hit by a truck, but I'm up to my eyeballs in alligators. I'm working extra hours at the job; doing OT on the homefront and am somehow maintaining my workouts. I keep thinking I'll get a chance to catch up here, but it isn't happening yet. I think I've managed to read up through Saturday's posts all the way and have glanced at posts since then.

Curtains came out fantastic if I say so myself - took about 14 hours total to get them done. Next are the Dining room curtains and cushion covers. Before that I have Xmas decorating, invitations and cards to send, one day of shopping (gift certificates) left to do, a dance performance (rehersal Saturday/performance Sunday), the kitchen floor to wax (think old house, we actually have to rent a buffing machine to get it done!), followed by a weekend getaway with DH, a company Xmas party at MY house (apprx 50 people), a holiday open house at MY house with approx 120 people (don't ask, I'm still reeling from the numbers) and Xmas day at MY house with 25 close family members, including four out of towners staying for the week. Oh yeah - I have to work too and it's busy time of the year there of course. AND I think the dog is sick, so looks like I'll have to squeeze in a visit to the vet's too.

So if I haven't been around much, it's not because I don't like you anymore!!! I just don't even have time to pee!!

I took a quick glance at Amy's post on the WW details - the way I figure it, I only get 18 pts if I want to lose (darn sit down jobx()??? I KNOW I can't do that. The only time I've ever come up under 20 is when I had a stomach bug. Oh well, maybe my group leader will have more news on that front.

I hope everyone is doing fine - I really want to catch up with everyone soon.

PS - found a new binge food - dried figs - I don't even feel guilty eating them!!

Claude

Hi again friends.... Well heres something to make you go hmmmmmmmmm
WI upon rising at 2am was 133.4. No workout as of yet today. I ate 500 calories throughout the morning, drank 1 pot of coffee and 20 oz of water. Went to hairdresser and had hair thinned out. Came home and just for giggles jumped on scale.... 133.6. Now how in the world is it up ONLY .2 pounds after all that???? Maybe my hair really does weigh alot! TWILIGHT ZONE!
Anyway... On to the much more fun things like the posts this fine day thus far!

WENDY: I stopped working about a year and half ago and YES it does take proper planning to not get into trouble w/ food. Since my computer time also quadrupled I developed the "secretarys butt" ... even w/ wt loss the hips & booty arent going down much! I am now lopsided!!!! I second Cheryls suggestion of NOV 06 rotation. I have heard nothing but major wt loss stories across catheland! Since I have no clue what Power Yoga is all I can say is to take a look at the rotation and see what days you can sub it in... CONGRATS on your new arrivals today!!!

CHERYL: LOL.... I think we should send each other scary holiday cards w/ our post w/o pics! I am a sweat hog anyway and once I found Cathe I just became a total mess! I w/o in my bedroom and drip all over the carpet (ewwwwwww)... I am constantly spraying and opening windows to keep it from smelling like a gym locker. Thank goodness DH cant smell at all!

LORI S: I know we are "new friends" my dear Lori... do ya really think I am going to give you permission to be upset about a 3/4 pound gain on the week after TGiving AND ttom???? Oh I think not! :p I'll take that anyday of the week!:7 Had to LOL at you asking if I was one doing Freestyle Leg Work.... OH HEAVENS NO... I put that right there in the Dont know what it is column w/ Power Yoga!

TGIRL: PLEASE do post your rotation when you make it! I am so curious now and of course just gotta keeps thse legs in shape now that they are finally sliming a bit;-)

SANDRA: Please refrain from using Traci & Yoga in the same sentence!:+ -22F is just not right! Polar bears would freeze to death in that... Do people actually go outside to work/shop when its that cold? How does one breathe????? Funny about humidity bugs... thats exactly what I said 15 years ago when I moved here! Not only lots of bugs but REALLY BIG BUGS! These strange Texans are very proud of that too. Thanks for mom inquiry. I thank God every day that she is finally 95% back to her old self. It was the worst year of my life seeing her age so quickly- being so sick- and all the while I live 2000 miles away. Its like a bad dream every time I think of it. I've been so emotional all week (we talk on line all day long) It was just about 1 year ago today that my dad called me after seeing her (divorced) at the family Holiday party and he was crying telling me I needed to get on a plane that same day. The longest 4 hour plane ride of my life. My sister told me that I aged a good 10 years myself after the year of nursing her back. I agree w/ her. But I just call it my battle scars and I wear them proudly as we won the fight. Sorry for TMI, as you can tell I still have yet to fully process the entire thing.

Have a wonderful afternoon all I'll catch up a bit later as well.

Buffy & Claude--- Oh my I almost missed your posts today!

Buffy: I start wk 5 tomorrow w/ a new w/o.. Chest Sh Tri... Its suppose to be a killer... I never preview so I have no thoughts on it yet! I am so sorry about lack of sleep. That plays havoc on your brain and your body and the scale. I have heard many many people say similar things about WW scale focus...It does tend to make many of us who are already obsessing a bit over the top. It is so weird because the scale is the same this week for me but my clothes are tighter and I am poofy... I'd rather have scale up and clothes loose and lean... OH WELL I guess it all works out in the end.
BTW Buffy: EAT GIRL EAT! You need some fuel - Remember that you are doing P90 PLUS cardio everysingle day.... thats ALOT for your body to do on little food.

CLAUDE: There you are! Mised you but wasnt worried... you are one of the busiest people I know! I'm absolutely exhausted after reading your holiday schedule... I'm pooped THINKING about doing holiday cards, THINKING about GOING to DHs Company party, THINKING about the 1 party I give for my in-laws (35 heads.... 15 children!)
LOL: I do not classify dried figs as binge food! Unless of course you drop them in a tub of cool whip and top it off w/ chocolate sauce & nuts!!!!!!!!! AT LEAST ITS NOT PB! Check in when you can its always fun to chat! Now please do me a favor & go pee!
:+

I think I have been on this Forum way to long, I did a search for lower body solution and there I was in a daily LBS check in, here’s a few rotations. No, wonder I have good rotations at home. But just so you guys have a ideal of what I’m talking bout.

Day 3 - CTX Leaner Legs plus cardio
Day 4 - Pure Strength Floor Work plus CTX Upper Body
Day 5 - CTX Leaner Legs plus cardio
Day 6 - Pure Strength Floor Work plus cardio

Me I'm putting together something I going to use the new workouts as well. I forgot about Strong Legs & Abs excellent floor workout.

Teddygirl~

Oh Tgirl... i like # 2 as well!!!!!!
I may do extra floor days w/ P90. Thinking now....
Since P90 legs are both standing in a week I can do 2-3 floor on alternate days...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
