Trying to Fit Yoga In for Friday May 30

Morning Ladies- if anyone's out there

This morning I did Jackie Warner's One on One Training. I added ankle weights and dumbbells to the core/ab section. Workout was 65" and I burned 477 calories.

This is a pretty good workout. I was able to go a little heavier this time since I knew what was coming.

Hope everyone is well.
I am so sorry I haven't been around much - it is just hard with the little one to find time to post. I do read the posts sometimes - but haven't been able to catch up.

I haven't been working out much yet - I have been taking walks though. I have 25 lbs to lose - so I want to get going with a fitness plan.

Lora - I am sorry you hurt your foot. How was your trip to LV otherwise?

Jen - How have you been feeling? Do you have any morning sickness? I think you mentioned a while back about being tired... Totally normal - as your body is doing lots of work right now building all the cells of the placenta and baby. I remember falling asleep really early - and tuckering out very quickly. I hope that all is going well for you.

Take care ladies - and I promise to try and pop in more often.
