Trying to Fit Yoga In for Fri Jan 5

Morning Ladies -

Running late yet again. Did Turbo Jam Lower Body Sculpt followed by All About Legs (Mindy) Medicine Ball segment, but I used a dumbell cuz I didn't have a heavy enough med ball. I also added some Gliding Moves on the end of the leg workout and then did Turbo Jam Abs. Burned 350 calories. Have a great day everyone.

No yoga yet again. Will fit it in this weekend.
 
Here we go. I am planning a TM run tonight after work, I hope. I can't wait to get my tax refund to order more yoga. I am getting the Jenifer Kries one that Lora recommended, and then I want Shive Rae Yoga Shakti, and then maybe Eionn Finn?? You guys like him. I also want more Rainbeau. I just love her style. Geez, if I am not careful I will have the refund spent already!!!!

Good WO as usual Lora. You are really whipping those legs into shape!
