Hi, ladies - Just checking in with my workout -

75 min. cardio - 40 minutes of Cardio Fusion plus 35 min. of StepWorks (just couldn't face those Drill Max cardio segments again today)
35 min. GS Back Shoulders & bi's - skipped the warm up and the final concentration curls.
A good workout day! Can I just say I can't wait for the 4 day split??? It will be perfect for me.
