I thought that you were on your recovery week???? Just kidding I know that that is impossible for us to take it easy, so good for you for doing abs and the spinning video, I haven't done a video yet until I get the one from Cathe, I have done spinning classes they are good some of them easy another ones pretty tough, just right before we left to come over here I went to a spinning marathon it was 4 hours spin class we had a break every hour and guys were giving us drinks or whatever we needed it was tough.![]() Hahaha you are so funny I am NOT photogenic either that's why I have tons of pictures of my girls and just whatever... But I'll be waiting!!!! can you hear me I'm kind of singing that phrase![]() Janie Sounds like you are having fun with your family. We’ll catch up later! We will waiting here for you and Pam!Well yesterday I did chest/should/biceps disc 5 it was good my whole entire upper body its sore and I love it I also did core. And I was happy that I did the first set of 14 pushups on my toes, the second I did 10 and 2 on my knees the third set I did 8 and 2 on my toes and the last set I did them on my toes so woohoo!!! and I stay true to my weight too.. Today I did Lower Body Blast I don't think my legs had a blast though at the end my left leg was shaking soo much when I was doing the mat work it was kind of funny because its the first time that this happen to me, I know I like to push my self hard so I'm looking at my reflection on the TV cabinet to make sure that those legs are in a 90degree position, that hurts but that's the way to do it.Well have a good day everyone and cant wait to hear from all of you guys!!!

This morning I so did not want to get out bed! When my alarm went off, I tried to convince myself it was just part of my dream and to ignore it.
But alas, I got up anyway and did Cardio Core Circuit. I don’t think that one ever gets easier. ![]() Janie Keep having fun with your family. We’ll all catch up when you get back here. Eunice Great job on disc 5! Great job with all the pushups on your toes during that one too. I may have done a lot on my own this week but for some reason when they are smooshed in with all those other exercises in Meso 1, I just can’t do them all on my toes. Oh well, it is doing what you can, when you can. Great job on LBB! So are you doing 2 days of legs a week during this STS rotation? I was thinking of doing that when I do my next round but wasn’t sure how it would go. Yeah my active recovery weeks tend to be more active and less recovery. I’m working on that though. 4 hours of spinning!! I think my legs would fall off if I tried that! The videos I have done are ok. I have never gone to a spin class so I can’t compare anything to that but I know Cathe’s video is going to rock and I can’t wait!! ![]() Pam Hope you are having a blast at Cedar Point! ![]() it was funny because today I got up at 8:00 to take Sam outside then went back to bed and got up till 9:00 am... You can do that too!! I bet your body its going to appreciated but good job on CCC that's not an easy one I know!Today I did disc 5 which is back/triceps yesterday was disc 4.... anyways is all good I also did abs medicine ball I felt like it was to short so I added coremax #1.... I know what you mean with the pushups I guess it was kind of easy because it was the opening of the program but latter on all of them were on my knees Yes I'm doing two days of legs let's see for how long, today my quads are sooo sore! my butt my legs are more sore from doing LBB than doing disc 6 legs this week.Today DH is coming home yayay!!! I'm going to see what's for dinner and dessert he's being out in the field with the rain and cold so figure cook something warm, soupy, with a crusty sourdough bread mmmm! Eunice I know I am bad with facebook. I am not on it much so I don't update the pictures often as you can tell . ![]() Julie You need those days where you do absolutely nothing. Sounds like you enjoyed your 4th of July. 41 pushups that is awesome. Pam I hope you are enjoying your vacation. Well I didn't get a chance to post this week because it has been so nice I have been spending time outside. My workouts have fizzled this week. I managed to get up early on Tuesday morning and do MMA Boxing but I am finding it difficult to get up. I did Circut Blast tonight and it looks like I am going to change evening workouts. It is just not happening for me in the mornings .Anyway I hope to get back to regular postings. Have a great Friday everyone. Cheryl |

This morning I ran 4 miles.
I only intended to run 3 but when I looked down at the treadmill display I was at 3.25 miles so I decided to keep going to 3.5. When I looked down again, I was over 3.5 so I just kept running until 4 miles. That kind of makes me sound like Forrest Gump a little huh? I hope I can do an ab workout and some stretching when I get home. We’ll see.Eunice Great job on Back & Triceps and Abs MB and Coremax 1. I think the Abs MB is too short too. Oh I wanted to stay in bed again today. I just have not been getting good sleep but even if I didn’t work out in the morning I would still have to get up at 5 just to go to work. I just drooled a little thinking of warm soup with crusty bread. It is summer and hot here but that sounds yummy! ![]() Cheryl Great job on MMA Boxing and Circuit Blast! That’s a bummer that mornings aren’t working out for you because I know you would prefer it that way. But I guess the important thing is staying active even if that means afternoons or only a few days a week. Hope you enjoy Saturdays' bootcamp! ![]() Happy Friday!

Well, got out of exercising for a few days. Will start again on Monday and continue with the 2010 July Rotation from Cathe. Had such a wonderful time with my family. I do plan on at least walking Rolly the whole weekend. Update on my web site: It's now open again and better than ever. Hope to see you there.
Eunice, Great job on STS disc 4 and core. Wow you are doing so good with the push ups on toes (those are not easy). Very proud of you for working so hard the way you do, . Also great job on today's' LBB. Julie, Great job on CCC. Very Very proud of you for getting up and doing your exercises. Eunice, I feel missed, thank you for that. Great job on disc 5 and ab work on the ball and your added CoreMax 1. DOM's are a good thing. You certainly worked hard to get them. Awe, your honey coming home is great news. Walked Rolly for an hour yesterday and today. He loves it! And very tired. lol

Julie Way to go on your 4 mile run. I hate that mornings are not working for me especially during the summer. It is hot to try to do it in the afternoons too
. It is just a bit fustrating for me since I am now putting on a belly since I haven't been working out regularly. On the good side I will be on vacation starting this Friday for a couple of weeks so I will be able to get some good workouts in.Janie Glad you had a good time with your family. I have never broken my toe before but I heard that it can take a bit of time for it to heal. Don't try to do too much you don't want to hurt it again. Don't worry I will keep on posting, I tell myself that I will post at work but I just don't have the time. Went to Bootcamp of Saturday and had a really good workout. Today was yoga and it was a tough one today. The class was really full too a lot of first timers. Eunice I hope you had a great weekend. Pam I hope you had a great vacation. Cheryl |

My toe hurt so badly yesterday that I thought I better stay off it today. Ouuuuuuuu. Poor Rolly.
