push up bars - have you used them?

I have been having pain in my hands -- mainly the back of my left hand. I was wondering if push up bars might help alleviate that. Thoughts, anyone?

I've never used push up bars, but I'm sure there are many Catheites that have. You might want to repost this in the Open Forum-- I bet you'd get a lot of responses.
