Good Morning,
Today I did the legs from S&H Legs & Shoulders. I forgot how tough this one is. It has been raining here non-stop for 2 days and I am sick of it. . Just atarted a nice lentil soup in the crock pot, DH will be making meatloaf for dinner. I am going to use the Cauliflower Mashed potato recipe that is popular in the South Beach diet for potatoes, since the diet program I am doing limits any white potatoes.
Garance, I think I will stick to my BFL rotation for now, since I only did 3 weeks of it and a couple were pretty sparce. I did the Legs from S&H because we need to take down my weight bench that has the leg curl and leg extension on it, for the remodel, so I am switching out my BFL leg workout to S&H. I am sure you are enjoying the visit with your DS. How did the menus turn out?
