Good Morning!
Today I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps.. Wowza! those push ups are a killer . I did them on my knees, I can;t even do 5 "real" push ups.. but I did all the sets..so I felt pretty good about that. What are there about a thousand? LOL :7

I hear you on those types of workouts.. If I have to modify so much that I feel like all I am thinking about is how to modify, I won;t do the workout.. it is depressing.
