Good morning peeps!!
I did MIC today from the rotation, and oh my goodness I was a dripping fool. I did the high impact portion of the hi/lo on my rebounder and the rest as specified. It kicked my butt and then some!
I added the abs and planks from SJP, and that was quite enough for the day.
