Happy Sunday!!:)

So how's everyone today? It's raining here and had T-storms yesterday which was cool - I love T-storms! We needed the rain badly. Today is rest day so we are heading out to town to buy our generator for the 5th wheel and then heading to the store to pick up my list of household stuff I need. It'll probably take an hour or more to get it all.:( After that we plan on hitting the movie theatre. I still haven't seen Spiderman and I figure I'd better get in there before it's gone. The kids and DH will probably go see Shrek instead.:)

Nancy - Good for you on the eating! That is the hard part if you ask me, and it's the part I generally mess up on.x( You are so tempting me on the squeeze w/o!

Wendy - Did you get my message? I was bored last night and just surfing and got on the CC website and saw that they brought the moving sale back by popular demand. I immediately thought of you! I hope this works out for ya.:) I can't wait to actually DO my CC workouts.

Cathy - Bingo huh? Ya know, I think she might just enjoy that. Thanks for the suggestion - I'll have to check that out. She's not much for casinos, but Bingo might be a nice change.
The massage sounds wonderful!:) So glad you enjoyed it. It sure sounds like you deserve it with all the w/o you have been doing. Thanks for your insight on the fluidity w/o. I thought it looked a bit too pricey for me, especially when I already have a cabinet full of Cathe & Tony workouts. But squeeze.......I might just have to make room for that one.

Diana - Hopefully you'll be able to de-stress a bit today.:( Is today your rest day since you will be kicking butt with the Bootcamp w/o tomorrow? I hope it will be fun for you! Take it easy today and enjoy your blessings before you start will hell week #2.

The family is getting ready for the day so I guess I'll finish up my java and get ready. Have a wonderful and relaxing Sunday to all and everyone who follows.

Hi ladies!

Ran 3 miles and then did BBC Full Body - I didn't realize that one is a no-weights workout. Now that I've done all the BBC weight workouts, I'd have to say my favorites are Arms & Abs and Shoulders & Back (ahhh, Joey!:9). I finished with Rodney Yee's Yoga Conditioning for Athletes Running Mini-Workout, which was *very* mini but felt great.

Angie :: it's overcast and drizzly here, too. Ya know, I used to do bingo more often but the smoke drove me nuts. I went last fall for the first time in many years and love the fact that it's now smoke-free - SO much more enjoyable that way! The bingo culture can be quite entertaining although I have found myself in trouble with a senior or two for making too much noise! :p Hope MIL goes for the idea...Yeah, at this point, I just don't use my Fluidity enough to be able to recommend it to anyone else. Enjoy your Sunday & the movie!

Hi Angie & all who follow,

I'm at work todayx( I'm almost done with what I had to come in for.) I've been here since 7am and hope to leave around noon.

I feel like a sloth. I think the last time worked out was Wed or Thurs. I've decided not to stress about. I have a busy week and weekend ahead of me. I will peruse the rotations or write up my own so I have something follow. Having a plan is very useful for me.

Ugh, Diana...working on a Sunday! Sorry to hear it. Hope this week is easier for you. I agree -- best not to stress about missing the last several days' workouts. Sometimes when work/life gets crazy, a little break is unavoidable. I'm sure you'll get back on track.
