Angie: To answer your question, yes I am retaining my muscle as far as I can tell. I am DEFINATELY retaining and maybe even *increasing* my definition! I intend to take pics this weekend since I will be finishing up my SS rotation and then I'll REALLY know but I am very happy when I look in the mirror.
So I have L&B and yoga on tap for today. I am excited to give L&B a shot after not having done it in a couple of months. I've been goin' hard on my legs since then though so HOPEFULLY it won't beat me up TOO bad! Since I have been doing pull ups as well I think I will fair ok with this work out. None-the-less...yoga is gonna feel GREAT tonight!}(
I am going to be downloading an ISculpt Ballet soon. I plan to give it a shot next week during my recovery time. There's no weight work involved in it so it will be okay to do at that point. I have no where really to put it this week anyway.
