Anybody still with me this weekend? Today and tomorrow, and we should all be done, right?
Today was a run with a stretch. I did a 5K race this morning, the Jingle Bell race. All runners had jingle bells on our sneakers. It was fun. I ran this with my girlfriend's husband. I've never run with him, and he warned me he was slow. I went in, not worried about time, but after 15 minutes, I was DYING to break off and go faster! LOL. HE didn't mind, so off I went. Finished in 28:50. Slower than my normal 5K, but it was fun doing this with him. He's now talking about running others with me, so I'm looking forward to that!
How is everybody today? I'm taking my boys for a tree and we'll be decorating the rest of the day and night!
