+++NO sweets May 5+++

Good morning ladies! Today is my mom's birthday!!! I need to get going and give her a call before she gets into work this ayem so I will just tell you what I did this weekend and how sinful I was :p
Sat. I did BBC chest plus 12 minutes of abs and we spent the day walking at the park (Rich's eyes really freak me out! He looks possessed so I don't spend too much of the workout actually looking at the tv), yesterday I did a 5 mile run and then 2 mile walk w/ DD. My achilles are really hurting today; I don't know if I need new running shoes or if 5 miles was just too much. :( My abs and chest are still sore from Saturday. :) I guess I didn't really eat too bad, but when you don't eat junk food for such a long time then you have a piece of cake and some Cheese - Its (which are delicious by the way) in one weekend you do feel like you ate horribly... just perspective I guess. I think that I am going to plan on having one cheat day a week, like on Saturday for our dates. Have you tried that? Was it successful?

Linda, HOW WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY! I am dying to hear how your photoshoot was!

Catherine, how are you feeling? How is that darned foot?

Mag, is this your first RT? What do you do (work-wise)? If I already asked and forgot, I am so sorry - I am probably one of the most forgetful people on Earth!

Morning Sweeties,

Eating was pretty bad all weekend. It was planned on Friday night, but then I just couldn't pull it back together the other to days. That's my problem, once I start I can't stop. It's much easier for me if I just don't start! The party was a blast! Although I did end up chopping veggies with DH for it because he was running very late (which is normal).

Today was three straight sets of eighteen with 2 minute rests. Not looking forward to next week when this is supersetted! I also did 1 minute intervals on the treadmill during the rests.

Then added some ab work.

Saturday I did 4 DS Bootcamp cardio twice.

Missy - The photo shoot is not until Wednesday! I have considered postponing it by another week to get my eating cleaned up again, but I don't think I have the guts to call a says I didn't meet my goal yet! What a wimp!

Catherine - Okay I did it, I've worked out naked twice now! That's to say without gloves or grips. I thought it was going to be annoying, but it wasn't bad at all. We'll see what happens.

Hey Sweeties!! I can not (or maybe will not ;) ) speak of my eating on Saturday x( Must move on!!

Linda, working out naked eh? LOL!! I usually have no problems. As a matter of fact, I think my grip has improved since doing that. I do keep one of those powder bags (like bowlers use) around to help if I get sweaty!


Missy, I have done the one cheat a week thing and it works well. If I stick to it that is LOL!! My foot is doing ok and my female issues are slowly improving. Thanks for asking

Catherine - Thanks for the tip, I'll have to get one of those powder bags just in case. I am happy to hear things are feeling better.
 
Hey Ladies!

So, I was all excited about the August road trip but now my friend backed out of it :-(. Do I still go by myself? It's always fun having someone to travel with especially when it's something completely new, like the cathe roadtrip would be for me. I'm not sure what to do. I'm not the most outgoing person, so would I feel comfortable by myself? I just don't know.

Other than this bit of bad news, my eating has been pretty good so far today and I'm planning to do 4DS upper body premix tonight.

Missy, I don't think you asked before, I work for the government in the corporate planning area. Things sort of go in cycles and this is the busy time

Catherine, how many cathe road trips have you been on?

Hey Sweeties!! I did 4ds upper body premix this evening. It felt good!! Eating is back on track and thank goodness. I feel so bloated :(

Maggie, do go on the RT. I went last year by myself (my first) and I had so much fun! Once you get there you'll hook up with some peeps to hang out with and have a blast!! It was awesome. Once I got there I wasn't worried about being by myself.

Linda, I did 40# db pullovers today!! Only got 6 reps,but what the hey!! Those powder bags really do help with sweaty palms.

Missy, I hope your achilles get better soon!
