Need a BFL (Cathe style) training partner

I was wondering if anyone would like to do Body For Life with me (Cathe style)? What that means is that on the weight lifting days we would use Cathe DVD's and on the cardio do just 20 minutes of interval style cardio.

For me I will do cardio 3 times a week and most likely it will be an inteval type run on my treadmill. I will do upper body weights once a week, lower body weights once a week, and total body weights once a week. Instead of using the pyramid approach with weights I am going to go as HEAVY as I can.

The biggest challenge for me will be giving up my running. I will pick it back up again in April when races begin again in South Central Kansas.

So, is anyone interested? Or if you have done something similar I would love to hear from you!
