Worked biceps 2day... S&H and PH... ouch!!!
Did a Step Blast Premix...

...and (hopefully) squeeze in Power Yoga in the afternoon.

MM Bi and TRi today for me, really sllllloooowwwwweedddd down the rep pattern and wow, what a difference it made.
 
Today was With Every Step by Charlene Prickett. She had a show on Lifetime TV for years, and made tons of videos. It was really good, and I used a 10" step.

Good evening guys!! I hope all is well with everyone. Today I did p90x+ upper and a few of Cathe's ab hits.
So...it looks like I will going to Cathe's gym on the 16th to take her kick box class - I'll be in Philly for a conference and I couldn't pass up the chance when I'm so close - fun fun fun (Cathe's class...not the conference).
