Good morning, everyone!

Boy, it's a beautiful day here!!! The humidity is almost gone and a slight breeze brought the temperature down... Great day to work out!

Did High Step Challenge 2day.
Sunday's the last day for this rotation and it's Cardio & Weights. Then I'm off to clean the pool... and sunbathe!

I'm really thrilled with the new rotation starting Monday, cause I'm going back to doing Power Yoga 2-3 times per week in the afternoons. The mixes also look great: Slow & Heavy (lifting to failure) plus Power Hour (endurance).
