What a way to start the day!!! Just completed 30 minutes of cardio, MM upper body, and a stretch
 
Greetings all - I rocked Yoga X today - one of my favorites...that I still struggle with. I'm getting more and more out of it these days, though. good for the body and soul.

Almost forgot to check today. I did Low Max and really enjoyed it. I hope there's a Low Max 2 in the future.
