'Morning, guys!!!

MIS Bis + MM Bis + MM Lower Body Premix for me 2day... Tough 40+ minutes!!! Heavied up but paused the DVD player to get about 30 to 45 second rests between sets.

2morrow is a rest day... again!!! LOL

Designing my own cardio workout (30 mins.) Following that with MM Lower Body, abs, and a stretch segment.
