Men's check-in 5/28

Today is leg day - Butts & Gutts.I didn't sign in yesterday but I did this workout call 30 day shred that I found for $9.00 at the supermarket.It's by Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Looser show.It was great ! straightforward basic moves - old school jumping jacks etc...I was drenched & smiling.Great for days when I can't think & don't feel like using tons of equpment (barbells,bands, med balls etc)All you need is dumbells & lots of energy.A great bargain.

Hey all

S&H Chest/Back/Planks

Question for you guys... Does anyone else have trouble (and I know it's a good thing, because it means I'm lifting heavier) with hand strength? With this slow and heavy series especially, we are holding heavy dumbells for very long periods of time. I figure hand strength will improve, just like other muscles. Just curious if this happens to anyone else.
