Good afternoon, guys....I did Drill Max scrambled cardio blast this morning, and just did running and jumping jacks during the step routine.

I will be taking Monday off.
 
Hey there

Jogging today at 65% heartrate. I have been thinking about doing a periodization type thing with cardio, so when researching it, most of them start at 65%, so I tried that. It seemed quite easy, but I figured I'd give it a try. There were a few ideas, but most did something like 1 week at 65%, 1 week at 70%, then 75%, then 80%. I thought I'd give it a try.

Monday's a rest day, cause Tuesday will be hard! Weights in the a.m. and IMAX 3 in the p.m.... wish me luck!!!!
