I did "Josh" yesterday, scaled to 55lbs OHS and jumping pull ups:
- 21 overhead squats (95/65#)
- 42 pull-ups
- 15 OHS
- 30 pull-ups
- 9 OHS
- 18 pull-ups

Missy - I hope you feel better, and get some rest. I'm glad you liked that PBS video. I think it's a very, very well done summary of those health care systems. I think each has something great we (as a country) could take take from...if we have the intestinal fortitude to get it done.
I subbed jumping pull ups on "Josh" so they weren't too bad, but my biceps were pretty sore at the end. I think at this point assisted pull-ups would have been too hard for that many.
Marcy - I love "no-dread" workouts.
Deanie - WTG on the deadlifts! Aren't OHS fun?? They look kinda bad ass, too.
