I totally rocked my workout today!:cool:
It was tough but not HARD!:) I really nailed the form, and I think that is key:
squeeze the heck out of the bell and tension in your body!!

DH is working, so we are just hangin' out!! Yippee!!
Tomorrow is the BIG clean for Passover - I change my dishes, glasses, silverware and pots and pans! (and the big cook- I like to cook my brisket a day early so it is extra yummy the day they eat it!)

Off to eat my oatmeal and pecans! yummy!!!

I did 7 min of TGU's (12kg) on Friday. They felt better.

Today I did a variation of a WOD I saw on Crossfit.com. This was a tough, but good workout.

Sandbag Sprint & Squat - 40# sandbag
300m run
10x squats
200m run
20x squats
100m run
30x squats

I don't have the nice, balanced sandbag with 2 handles like they have in the video. Mine looks like this, and was a bear to hold onto:

On the last run, I just hoisted it over shoulder Santa style and ended up walking.

For a cash out I tried to do a 16kg TGU. I was able to do 1r/1l but those puppies were hard!!! :eek:
