kettlebell

I have been reading your post for about a year now and finally got up the nerve to get on and ask a question about kettlebells.I have been doing weights for 2 years and now i want to change. Iam looking for a link to Kettlebell you way can anyone help?

I'm a KB newbie, and have been really enjoying them! I ordered The Kettlebell Way DVD a few weeks ago, and it's so much fun! I think that the recommended weight to start with for women is 18 pounds and for men it's about 35 pounds, but I started with a 15-pound KB, which seems perfect for me.

I started with a 15 pound KB too and it's working out very well. I did the Kettle Bell Your Way DVD y'day for the first time. YEOWZAS does my tushy hurt this morning! Loved it!}(

LOL, yes but OMG I think I just made it worse doing some home-made HIIT off a 10" high step! YIKES!:eek: }( :eek:

And my tushy is screamin' at me NOW and will no doubt be screamin' even louder in the morning!}(
