Incorporating running

Hi Cheetahs,

How you ladies combine your running schedules with Cathe's rotations?

I am trying to run three days a week and do Cathe's May rotation, but I have no idea how to combine the two without overtraining.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Hi Yvonne.

I would not suggest ADDING 3 days of running to Cathe's May rotation. You can, however, sub in running for any 3 of Cathe's cardios. I will be starting the May rotation on Monday myself and have subbed quite a bit between wanting to run, spin and do yoga one time per week each! I simply added the yoga but I subbed running and spin in place of other cardios.
