Hello! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/Laie_28.gif
I have all the monsters today and let me tell you....I got NO sleep last night!

That's one more problem about working all day -- they sleep. Then when it gets dark - Huntin' Time!
Goodness gracious, I mean, every ten minutes it was "scratch scratch scratch" on the litter box, or "paw paw paw" on a garbage bag, or "rip rip rip" on some paper, or "claw claw claw" on a door, or "fill in the blank" on "fill in the blank"!! Every time I'd jusssss be falling asleep -- it was like some kind of deliberate torture! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/291.gif
Payback for not buying their favorite kibble?
But I love my squirrels, so what can I do? http://www.pic4ever.com/images/dancegirl2.gif
And so this morning was a special treat : Nature's Variety Duck which they seem to like very well. Of course it's one of the most expensive canned foods I can find, thanks very much (about $5.50 for a 5oz can). http://www.pic4ever.com/images/dash2.gif
Last night I found I have a can of Azmira wet food, so I decided to try giving them some (the squirrels are grain-free now, but this Azmira wet has grains). Well, let me tell you, this added into my early morning torture treatment, as this made Mooch make a reeeeeeal stinker http://www.pic4ever.com/images/2mpe5id.gif . Having gone off grains, everybody's poops have gotten waaaay less stinky (and less in general), but man, this Azmira made for a nightmare smell http://www.pic4ever.com/images/293.gif !
No more Azmira. Geez, I wonder if it was the grains. Verrrrrry interesting.
Anyway, today was your favorite and mine : Tamilee! I particularly like this one since I don't have to drag out a bunch of different dumbbells.

MICHELE - How was your hair appointment? And did you get the plumber in? Wow, I forget what it's like to have a dishwasher. Or an oven.
>Lately I've been blowing off weights and doing my cardio.
Oh gawd, well whatever it is, I hope it's not catchy. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/238.gif
>I was still thrilled when he sent it to me. It's pretty awesome when an instructor asks for your feedback on a yet-to-be-released workout.
How did you set that up?
>Did you say that you feed the squirrels 3 times a day? Maybe that's why they're not excited about their food -- maybe they just aren't hungy. I feed Johnny twice a day, and he's like a freaking little alarm clock! If I am 2 minutes late with his meal he starts letting me know. LMAO!!
Yeah, you're probably right. When I stopped doing the free-feeding thing and tried to do 2 meals a day, they just weren't eating much and they started to look like they were losing weight. Then we had the constipation issue. I got scared and then started feeding them 3 or 4 small meals. Now it's pretty much 3 meals and a small snack LOL. But, but, but they don't eat much at mealtimes : not even 1 tbsp of dry + maaaaybe 1 oz of wet. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/bonheur.gif
So I decided to weigh everybody yesterday, since it's been well over a month since we stopped eating so much dry....and to my surprise, nobody lost any significant weight! They all appear slimmer somehow. I think the grain-free is a very good thing!
Hmm. Maybe I'll do two meals today and see how it goes. I'm sure you must be right about their hunger. But how can I ignore my sweet Cham's requests for her snacky?

Hmm. Okay, maybe I'll try 2 meals and 1 meat snack today and see how it goes. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/2usv2c8.gif
Okay, I'm doing laundry and am cleaning up my apartment to get my juices flowing.

(An hour later - I finished one load of laundry and decided to put it back in the machine to dry - I have an all-in-one washer dryer. I put the clean wet clothing back into the machine, put in a fabric softener, zoned out for 2 seconds, then put in detergent and pushed the wash button. I only realized what I'd done when the water started pouring out. http://bestsmileys.com/doh/1.gif )
