Did BS Upper Body and Abs this morning, and followed it with a delicious moldy moss green smoothie.

August, right about the time you were putting your clothes on I was taking mine off -- ROTFLMAO!!

Did you say you're doing Cathe's beginner rotation? Do you like it? It's truly about my speed as far as step goes

Robin, I hope you have a nice day with your DS. You haven't mentioned him in awhile. I hope he's continuing to do well. Has he lost any more weight? Does he still have a job and a girlfriend?

Diane, were you thinking about calling your DD Emma? I love that name and it would be beautiful with Grace and Ben

DH is down in the kitchen preparing an omelet and making one he!! of a mess, I'm sure. He wants to go for a bike ride today but I'm a little nervous about that. The last time we went riding together he ran into me 3 times with enough force to knock me off the bike http://bestsmileys.com/beatup/2.gif . I had some serious bruises http://bestsmileys.com/beatup/1.gif We ride on a trail and he gets all caught up in the scenery and doesn't pay attention to the trail -- LMAO!! I'm not kidding! He'll become totally entranced by a beautiful plant or tree, or a bird and BOOM!...he'll run you down and run right over you http://bestsmileys.com/handicap/4.gif . It's so aggravating. Or he'll be behind me and I'll be talking to him -- I'll ask him a question and nothing -- no answer -- so I'll look behind me and he's no where in sight! He has the most aggravating habit of stopping to look at stuff and before I know it he's about 2 miles behind me -- lol!. I'm telling you, it'd be easier to go riding with a group of kindergarteners ;( x(

I'm off to come up with a plan B
