Gooooood mornin!
Good moooornin!
It's GREAT to be awake! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/happy064.gif
......at freakin 5am. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry048.gif
Except now that I failed at going back to sleep, I'm up, ate breakfast and am now digesting at 7:30am. Okay, okay, I know this is a normal morning hour and I shouldn't be complaining.
It actually is quite nice to be up to enjoy the morning hours. It's unfortunate that this means that I'll be missing some of the afternoon ones, though. (12:30pm : Heheh, after writing this I fell asleep but I just finished up working out and having my smoothie and now I'm off for a shower.)
So today I've got S&H Tris and bis and the abs section, too.
What? http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry051.gif
I know I'm doing a lot of S&H. And that I'm not using the appropriate 1RM.
I'm so excited to start my February rotation! It has NO cardio in it LMAO.
http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/happy093.gif
What? http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry051.gif
You're asking if my January rotation had cardio in it? Must I remind you again about my Fiesta?
Anyway, I'm just so happy to say that I won't have to go out of town again until the last day of February. This means I can sleep like a normal person and not be moody and craving crap all the time http://bestsmileys.com/drooling/2.gif , I can be in my pajamas more and be hanging out on the forums more and researching more.....and being with my squirrels ALL the time! What joy!
AND no cardio! Could anything be any better than that? I'm SO excited!

JENNIFER - Hurray for you for starting up the Hate thread so many times!
And BIG hurray for your father getting out of the hospital! He didn't have pneumonia after all? That fake! LOL. No, that's fantastic!! Truly what a relief!!
So how was your friend's date with her boss's brother-in-law? Talk about chancy!
.....and when are you meeting your old classmate?.....Ah yes, I see you had your date and that it went well. That's good. Will you be seeing him again?
Anyway, it's so nice to see so many smilie faces in your posts.
MICHELE -
>My family is so pathetic right now
Your situation is emotionally draining, but not pathetic, and your family -- your loving family is holding strong and faithful. That is truly what family is about.
>You know, it makes me feel like all is right with the world when Augie does research.
LMAO. If only I didn't have to go out of town so often, I'd be doing more research. But I don't have to go out of town for a whole MONTH! YAY!! I almost feel like reading BFFM again!
Do you remember what that is? LOL.
>Again I ask you -- WTH is Fiesta Fitness!?
It's no party, let me tell you that.
>I really think you should spring for STS. It's so YOU -- it's a training program that's been carefully researched
It IS so me, isn't it. I wonder if they'll be selling the STS series in pieces, so I could buy it without the legs. (I just read the newsletter saying that they will be selling them separately.)
>>>A family member cannot have another family member committed.
>>I see. That does make sense. I can see why that might be a good system.
>No, no, it's a very bad system. Psychotics cannot make rational decisions for themselves and families are essentially neutered by these laws. I understand how and why they came into effect, but that's a HUGE discussion. Let's just say that it was an overreaction to a formerly bad system.
I see your point, and of course, there are the irrational decisions family members make for a person who doesn't necessarily need psychological assistance. It's all-around a difficult situation, and obviously a system that needs more discussion.
>We went to see my DB Saturday. He's still in the hospital and he's back on his meds, but he looks terrible . He's sullen and despsondent, and, well, I just don't know what to say. He hasn't looked this bad in years
I'm so sorry, Michele. That must be so hard to see. But your DB is in a safe place and will get the meds and help that he needs, so hopefully he'll be looking healthier when you see him next. Big hugs to you.
>Did I do a workout of any kind over the weekend -- NO
LOL. Okay. What can we do about this. What are you hoping? When do you plan to start that rotation you were talking about? February is around the corner. You have your workouts all planned out?
>they're adding new cast members, including some guys! WOO HOO!! Now THAT makes me happy
That makes me scared LOL. I hope there won't be anybody who might bug me. (Still sleepy and a bit moody from my weekend trip, LOL.)
ROBIN - I keep thinking about you. How are things going? Your surgery is this Tuesday? Does that mean that the results of your stress test were stressless?
Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're able to be working out.
>I agree with Michele. Just do something else, or fast forward even, when those lunges and squats show up.
Yeah but isn't most all of Cathe's leg exercises squat and lunge-related? Wouldn't that make my workout half the time?
Wait a minute. You might have something there. LOL.
JEN - Bahamas?! When, when did you mention you're going to the Bahamas?! With who? For how long? More! We need more! I need more. What about your babies?
>He brought me a foam roller last night, says I need to use it 3-4 times/week, yeah right!!!
LOL. You guys are cute.
By the way, thanks for the leg DVD suggestions!
DANA -
>Hi. I don't have anything funny to say either.
Hey, hey, hey!! Was I not hysterical? Did I not write that I did S&H calves and shoulders at 11pm?
>Tonight will be some sort of cardio or lower body. I hate them both equally so it will be a tough decision.
LMAO. Oh, I so hear you. What a decision. I usually choose "Calves" when I'm faced with that kind of situation.
>My in-laws left today for their cruise so I have to go out to their house to feed the cat. My MIL has adopted a stray cat, it stays outside but she started feeding it so it has stuck around.
Oh, how nice of your in-laws and how nice of you to watch after Kitty while they're gone. Does Kitty have a name?
>He's not sure if he wants to play as he got kicked off his team last year due to his behaviors.
I can see why Gabe would have mixed feelings about going back to the team or not. Does he seem to still want to play?
>I forgot to say hi to August!!!!! Just b/c you're out of town, I should still say hi to you. So hi!!! And I apologize for not addressing you in my original post
You're so cute! Hi!
Verrrry wild about the hermaphrodite dog!
>Sure is quiet in H-Town today. Wasn't or isn't H-Town a boy band???????
LMAO! There was some reality TV boy band called.....O-Town, was it?
I'm sorry to hear about your friends' daughter and her infection. That sounds just awful! I know how horrid it is having braces and I also know how horrid it is having mouth problems (I had a horrible root canal experience that lasted a couple YEARS, no joke). I hope someone will be able to take care of her as soon as possible.
Okay, truth be told, I can't stop thinking about that dang STS, and it's mostly YOUR fault. I started reasoning with myself that if I wait to buy the parts of the series that I want (no lower body ones), that it will end up being close to the same price if I just preorder and skip the lower body ones.
Someone tell me I'm wrong.
Okay, gotta put clothing on and go to a meeting.
Later!
Good moooornin!
