This morning I woke at 7am when I found Cham had "stolen" from the garbage a small plastic bag with a cat food can lid in it. She had the baggie in her mouth and was prancing around the room like, muwahahaa! I love it when she does that because it's just soooo adorable (she usually does this with a plastic lid), but I didn't want her to open up the baggie and cut herself, so I got up to dispose of it.
And then I was awake.
Today is KickMax Legs Drills + Killer Abs & Back – Add-on buns + IWTB abs. I'm starting to wonder if I should take out some of the cardio from next month's rotation LOL. This month's one is just going so well and all.

Anyway, I met my friend for coffee this morning. The plan was to meet at 10am and we met at 10:20am LOL, but this time he called me when he was leaving his hotel, so there wasn't much waiting involved, and it was a nice time.
On my way back to my place, I saw a little birdie searching around for seed RIGHT outside my building LMAO.

So my seed has been out for what, a week? Should I throw it away and put out entirely new seed?
Okay, I'd better do my exercises now. Laters!

That totally made me laugh out loud. I love it when cats think they can't be seen if their ears go flat. LMAO.
Mooch and Cham often "hide" behind things on the floor like a sock. They scrunch down and make their ears flat and poof! "Can't see me!" LOL.
Sometimes I'll play with Cham with a teaser and verrry slowly glide the teaser near her face where she's sitting on the sofa. Her eyes slowly bug out and her ears go flat but she doesn't move a muscle --- except for whichever side of her face I put the teaser, that side of her mouth will slightly curl up. It's hysterical. Sometimes I sing Elvis songs while we play this way.
>We had about 40 Morning Doves at the feeder this morning.
OMG.

ETA : Okay, I had an idea. I cut half an apple and hung it from the bars on my balcony, and I also moved the big glass plate of seed onto the ledge of the balcony. }(
The only problem is now I don't feel like doing my workout LMAO.
