Rah rah for sleeping again at 4am!
Well, at least I was able to make my rotation for March. Or rather, I AM going to do Upper Body Bliss, but I subbed in the cardio of my choice. http://bestsmileys.com/hyper/4.gif
I forced myself out of bed at 10am.

There are big cawing sounds coming from outside - I'm thinking it's that crow that visited yesterday. Mooch and Cham are furious! They're hanging out at the window wagging their tails back and forth. Mooch is even furu-furu-cooing. I've GOT to get some seed even just to put down on my balcony.

Ooh, I love those Pace Mates. I put the link in my files even though I know ordering that kind of thing and having them sent probably isn't a good idea. In fact, I think I looked for Plate Mates before and gave up. I think it's likely I'll have to go with the suggestion to get weighted gloves. I've seen a pair being sold at the store with weights that you put in little pockets in the glove. Ahhh, but Pace Mates look pretty cool. It's tempting. Why on earth are they selling a case of 9? Won't there always be one leftover?

You know what? I'm going to glide when I get home and just now get my butt ready so I can go out and buy bird seed to put on my balcony since I have to be out all day tomorrow, too, and I would just love for Mooch and Cham to have some bird-watching time! That'll give me some cardio, too, as it's a 20-min bullet-walk to the store, and then I'll need to rush for work.

Anyway, by tomorrow I shall have bird seed!
