So I get up and wake up some and think...okay, today is a great day to finish up one last thing of work that needs to be finished, so I'm not going to fuddle the day away playing Nintendo, and before I even get to the forums, I'm going to finish this thing.

I get my gumption all gummy, turn on the heater in my work space, turn on my computers,...only to find that the data I need isn't saved in my computer files, but saved on a data chip I gave my work partner the other day. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/confused005.gif

Urgh about your gums. What happens when they flare up? They get sensitive to everything? I remember years ago when I was on a grapefruit kick, I went out to get a toothbrush and they only had hard bristles (back when I didn't know any better). http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/chores022.gif

Man almighty I don't recommend having grapefruits every day and then brushing with a hard bristle! OW!

We all need to figure out a good way to help our Jen out here, because Chad is so awesome, and he's obviously completely under Jen's spell. I fear that if Chad keeps coming over even for just an hour when Jen's not really into it, it's going to slowly take its toll and then Jen is going to write, "See? This is why I don't date nice guys!"

For example, if Chad is seeing his friend and you're kind of in the mood for an evening to yourself, you could say,

"Slave,"...

"Chad, why don't you visit with your friend and then relax and get yourself to bed early. Your shoulder needs the rest to get itself better. You've been watching over me and my eating, so let me sometimes take charge of your rest days. The Great Jen has spoken!"

The cookies turned out, the budget from the funds from the unused vacation/sick time are starting to move, and THANK GOD it's Friday.
Today, at work, is our Holiday Open House. Next weekend is my birthday plus I get to travel into more snow in northern MI so this weekend is my stay at home and relax one.

So...my evening- Chad came over, called & said, "Mike just left, I'll be there in a few..." Didn't ask, just told me! Anyway, he came over & we watched the rest of the football game. Normally if we fall asleep he is only asleep for like an hour or so then gets up & goes home b/c he works so early. Well last night I couldn't fall asleep & he was asleep & KEPT sleeping... I spent the day playing with the squirrels and playing NIntendo, then we all went down to Mom's to hang. How on earth did it get to be midnight? Man, the day just zipped away!

Michele, errands??? Yeah right. You're running out for milk and bread. Isn't it funny when the word *snow* is mentioned everyone runs out and buys bread and millk , even those who don't eat bread or drink milk, or those that don't need it. Its like you need those two main staples to survive the snow. Hee-Hee. Luckily, I own a bread maker and cows reside at the farm across the road so I am set. Hey, how was dinner last night with your hubby.

Aug - doesn't Jen crack you up about Chad? She acts like whatever. She is too funny. Jen, I would've just quietly gotten off the couch and went to bed.

Jennifer - how did the cookies go over at work? Where do you work that you have an open house?

Last night while Gannon was in the bath, I sat on the floor and wrote down my rotation for January. Now it is just a draft that I need to edit but at least it is a start, right? I really need that workout room to be finished!!!!! My brother is getting me a gift card for Christmas so I am going to buy a fan and a a lamp but I still need a floor. And walls but I suppose the finished walls can wait. There are walls but walls like I want.

OK, I will BBL right now I"ve got work to do.

Thank GOD, it's the weekend.

Yesterday was an extremely long day at work and the backlash will come next week. We were busy and I was doing double duty. The cookies went well, I work in a bank (credit union) for the past 19 years. Please keep me in your prayers for next week. Thanks.
