SITTING HERE DRINKING A SMOOTHIE AND THOUGHT I WOULD GET THIS STARTED, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS ON THE AGENDA FOR TODAY. YESTERDAY I DID A QUICK KETTLEBELL WORKOUT AND TURBO FIRE 15 HIIT. I WAS THINKING OF DOING WEIGHTS TODAY, BUT IT IS TOO EARLY TO DECIDE
Debbie-I never got a chance to answer your question from yesterday regarding the ropes. The rope I have is a 30 foot, 1.5 inch rope (like they use in anchoring ships). You anchor it around something to give you two sides, and then go to town. It is non impact cardio, but it is anything but easy. I really need to implement them more in my weekly workouts. Check out artofstrength.com if you get an itch to see them in action, they have tons of videos on how to use them....True Maniac Tool, mainly from the looks I get in the front yard
